"Limited drops are basically impossible to get"
I’ve tried maybe 3 or 4 limited releases now, and every time they’re gone in like 10 seconds. It feels kind of pointless to even try because I never feel like I get a real shot. Frustrating experience overall...

I ordered this a while ago and it still hasn’t shown up. It’s frustrating because I’ve had to keep checking the tracking and waiting around, and it feels like way more effort than it should be just to get a package delivered...
"Pretty good hat, but a little disappointing"
I got the hat and overall it looks nice, so I’m not totally unhappy with it. The fit is fine and the material feels decent, but the stitching on one side is a bit messy, which kind of stood out to me. For the price, I guess I expected it to feel a little more polished. It’s not bad enough to return, but it’s not exactly amazing either.

I’ve picked up a few hats from them and, for the price they’re solid. If there’s a sale going on, I think the quality feels worth it. Some of the newer drops can seem a bit overpriced depending on the style, but overall I’ve been happy with what I got. Shipping wasn’t amazing or anything, but it was fine.

I had a little mistake with my shipping info, so I reached out not expecting much, but they got back to me quickly. From my experience, they were really easy to deal with and fixed everything without making it a hassle. I’m happy with how it turned out.
"Sizing Didn’t Work Out for Me"
I ordered my usual fitted size from Hat Club, so maybe that’s on me for assuming it would fit the same as my other hats, but this one felt way tighter. The shape also sat kind of weird on my head, and no matter how I adjusted it, it just didn’t look right.
I do like the design, which is why I was bummed. Maybe my head is just picky or I caught an odd one, but for the price I expected the sizing to be more consistent. I’d probably only buy again if I could try it on first

"Easy to use and worth checking prices"
I had a smooth experience shopping on Hatclub.com. The site was easy to browse, and the filters made it quick to find my size without digging through everything. Pages loaded fast on my phone too, which I always appreciate. Checkout was simple with no confusing steps. The hat photos are clear, so you get a good idea of what you’re buying. I do pay attention to prices, so I still like to compare or wait for a deal, but overall the site itself was really easy to use.

"Return process was a bit of a hassle"
I had to do an exchange, and it took way longer than I expected. Not the worst thing ever, but yeah, it was kinda annoying.

"Selection feels limited lately"
I’ve been checking a few times recently and haven’t found much that I wanted. It feels like there are a lot of the same teams and colors, but not many unique hats, and the sizes I’m looking for are often out of stock. Has anyone else been running into the same issue?

"Hats showed up just how I ordered"
I ordered two fitted hats from Hat Club, and they came in exactly how I picked them out. The sizes were right, the colors looked right, and the patches were the ones I wanted, so that was a relief.
I was a little nervous one of them would be off since that’s happened to me with other shops, and when one store messes up it kinda makes you think they all might. But this order was easy, shipped fine, and matched my receipt, so I’ve got no complaints.

"Hat was fine, but the box was rough"
The hat itself showed up okay, but the box was crushed when it arrived. I was a little worried opening it because I didn’t want to end up dealing with a damaged item or a return, but thankfully the hat wasn’t ruined. Still, I’d feel better if it was packaged more securely.
